Black Ox Spotlight: Brad

Ox: Alright Brad, from the beginning, what sports did you play growing up?

Brad: I played baseball from first grade to sixth grade. I started playing football in eighth grade. I ran track and won the city championships for 110 hurdles in the 8th grade.

Ox: About how big were you back then?

Brad: About 110lbs.

Ox: Did you play any sports in high school?

Brad: Yea, I played football in ninth grade and twelfth grade and ran the 4x100 and 4x200 in twelfth grade.

12th grade - 165lbs

Ox: When did you get serious about lifting?

Brad: Tenth grade. I started competing with my smaller friends and then every year I'd set the goals a little higher and started competing with my bigger friends. Every year I was beating who I wanted to compete with. Then in 10th grade we had to move and I was living by myself because my parents worked a lot and we had this 24 hour gym so I would go down there and lift at like midnight or one o' clock in the morning. That's how I took out my stress.

Ox: What else are you doing with yourself right now?

Brad: Nothing. Just eating, sleeping and playing video games [laughs].

Ox: What's your favorite game?

Brad: I've been playing a lot of Halo.

Ox: Any future goals to compete?

Brad: Maybe bodybuilding in five or ten years. Right now I just like throwing around weights. I wouldn't mind bodybuilding but I don't want to diet [laughs]. I don't care what I'm doing as long as I'm making enough money to eat and have a gym membership.

    Clearly he is on STEROIDS.

    HE also clearly uses SHITTY FORM on all his lifts. HE needs to leave his ego at home and stop lifting with SHITTY FORM, because lifting with SHITTY FORM gets you no real gains, except if you are on steroids. SHITTY FORM just allows you to brag to others how much you can lift, and it doesn't impress me.
    In summation, SHITTY FORM and STEROIDS.

    I am a devotee of Jeff the muscle nerd anderson. you can't gain that much muscle without using SHITTY FORM and STEROIDZZ. Anyone who benches more than 2 plates for a max is clearly on steroids, and if yous ee the kid's photographs, it is very obvious he uses a combination of SHITTY FORM and STEROIDZ. It is impossible to gain more than 15 inch arms without SHITTY FORM and STEROIDS. Sorry but thats a fact.

  3. haha i wouldnt leave my name either if i was gonna sound like an idiot i guess uve seen me lift before since u know that i have "shitty form" haha but im sorry that im not a frickin tool bag and dedicate a whole day to arms my friend i dont care what u say but i well defend myself and say that i do u right form and wait did i mention A) i dont have money for roids and B) i would never take them cuz i lost a friend to them so fuck what u know or "think u now" so please man keep it to urself thank you

  4. i will attest for brad i am a fellow lifter and best friend were clean to the core and we were taught perfect form by two former body bulders/ power lifters steve slater and tony albertini, we were taught to train like animals from football and and when you train hard and uase good lifts you will get great gains and do more than two plates, who ever this asswhole is you a pussy doin bench workouts and curls all day everyday lol id love to see your froms cause it sounds like you invented lifting ya prick, i will gladly outlift you anyday roid free i might add and im bettin bradley here will do the same... jerrid karns is the name you gotta prob go fuck yaself cuz while were doin shitty form and still gettin big lol whatever your doin isnt workin cuz you sit on here and bitch cuz your obviously envyin brad lol

  5. JUSt because you get big off SHITTY FORM doesn't mean anything. ANYONE can gain anything on steroids.. you should lift to impress youtube viewers with your lifting form, not focus on putting up numbers.

  6. i see this kid lift all the time and we all were trained to lift and leave all we had in the weight room. We lifted till we had nothing left and were there for hours at a time. Maybe cause you lift for 30 minutes and curl and bench and lift like a puss you dont see results lift with one of them and will see your perfect form and as for steriods you dont know shit about anything your saying these are my best friends and i know they arent on steriods so you should just shut your mouth if your gonna talk shit about things you dont know

  7. He who shall not be named are you nuts? Anyone who maxes more than 2 plates is on roids???? What are you crazy? I am 45 years old, max more than 3 plates, have bigger than 15 inch arms....and have never touched steroids. You have zero clue what you are talking about. That kid may be on steroids (anyone could be), but not for the reasons you state. You are clueless...and probably a guy in the gym wearing the shirt that says "trainer" on the back of it...yah right!
